A recovering sugar addict, horse crazy wife and mom of three, I lost 31 lbs of baby weight and got fit to ride. At 42 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm from a small ranching town in SE Oregon and understand the struggles and challenges brought on by our way of life.

My passion is sharing my weight loss secrets and fitness strategies with other busy horse women looking for ways to shed pounds and inches, get more energy and feel confident in their own skin. In my experience, what most horsewomen need to get in shape and stay in shape is the support and accountability of others like them. 

They also need motivation from someone who gets their unique and busy lifestyle.

My philosophy is diets don't work. Not long term, anyway. We've tried too hard for too long to get results by cutting calories and exercising more. Time for a new, better way!
