The Three Biggest Weight Loss Mistakes People Make

In this video, I go over three weight loss mistakes I see people make and what to do instead.

At the time of recording, we are in the middle of social distancing and isolation as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. These are uncertain and scary times.

I believe we should focus on what we can control and leave the rest to our faith and trust in the Lord. I also believe we should do all we can do be fit and healthy, not only so we look and feel our best but so we are ready for whatever comes our way! Thanks for watching!
